This module transforms the 4 TwinPID logical
outputs into 4 single change relay outputs.
It has been studied to be associated to basic TwinPID with logical
outputs.
By this module, the TwinPID can manage 2 independent processes in heat /
cool relay mode or relay-servovalve (open / close) control.
